A new film exploring how nurses can achieve healthier lifestyles and better cope with stress and fatigue
“No Yeah Buts: a film about supporting nurses’ health launched on 17 June 2019 at a London premiere. Made by nurses for nurses, it explores the stress, anxiety and fatigue they experience and the ways in which unhealthy coping mechanisms can be replaced by healthy ones. The aim is to encourage more nurses to sign up for NURSING YOU, which includes a weight-management app and resources for nurses to implement changes at their organisation: www.c3health.org/nursing-you."
